I’ll be finishing these three monster girls for this year. October went by so fast, I blinked and it’s almost done. Don’t forget to click notify if you don’t want to miss the stream.
And for this stream I’ll be explaining how I do my art, what techniques and tools I use such as programs and brushes. So come by and say hi! I love hearing from you and what I should do next.
Finally put out that video I’ve been talking about, answering your questions as to why I use Photoshopand not a pixel art program to make my StardewValley mods.
In this video I’ll be going over my top5 reasons and a bit of how to. If you’d like to ad something to the discussion do please leave a comment, I’d love to hear how you’re doing things.

For those of you new to my work, I am a graphic artists and I make comics, games and tutorials and I’m also a big fan of Stardew Valley.
I wanted to do a vacation spot in the desert for when winter comes to Pelican town, but a lot of mods weren’t working and I wanted more space as well. So, while searching for other mods that may work I came across the desert expansion mod and it sadly seemed like it was abandoned.
I played with the idea in my head, of a desert expansion mod, for a while and people also kept telling me how they loved my farm and if, jokingly, I could be their gardener.
Therefor I started working on both mods, just the graphics, while still looking for code that worked and one lucky day I came across 13, a modder on the Chuckle fish forums, who was trying to maintain several abandoned mods that greatly expanded the SDV world and he was actually able to get in touch with Yama, the one who did the original desert expansion mod!
Click play to see the video about the two mods I’m working on.
So we are now working on a ridiculously big desert map and we have so many ideas, if we can get half done I’ll be super happy. When it’s done I will compile a list of who worked on the project and other things they did as well as who donated assets to us and helped us finish faster. I do recommend you go check my SDV mod list as well, there is great stuff there from very talented people.
Concept art
And here is some concept art, now this will most surely change because of the following reasons:
– it didn’t fit/looked good
– the idea was scraped
– I didn’t get an answer regarding permission to use so we did something else
– it was a placeholder and never meant to be final, but only to get everyone on the same page
– we couldn’t get something to work
– we got a better idea etc.
Feel free to join us, chat will be enabled on all three channels. Streaming artist submission are now closed but you can always message me and join the Facebook group to see when the next event is held and submit for the next one.
For those of you that don’t know what a #QuickDrawCollab is, here is the summary of it:
It’s an event where a couple of artists get together to quickly draw what the audience asks them. It’s the illustrator’s version of improvised theater, and it can be quite fun if you knows the artists and want your fan-fiction brought to life. It’s a great way to get to know your favorite artists and meet new ones.
