Hope you had a nice time this end of year, and we wish you a awesome new year in 2018!
We’ve had a good year and reached most of the milestones we set for our selves so we want to take this opportunity to thank you, the fans for all your support!
And since it’s a new year I thought this would be a great time to share this with you. Some of you have already seen similar guides before, others have not.
So just a reminder of how the industry works and why supporting your favorite indie artists is so important. They usually don’t have safety nets and do this out of passion. And at the end of this year I have seen many artists give up or get burned out and I must say the thought of closing up shop has passed my mind too, but I have people around me who still support me and so, I am still here. ^_^
So for those that don’t know these things, please have this list in mind next time you see your favorite artist post your beloved content.
Halloween is my favorite holiday so for this Niels Feynman holidays special I added some extra easter eggs and references from the genera of cosmic horror and sci-fi as well as other artworks of mine. Hope you enjoy and I wish you the best!
So I like to keep my holiday specials detached temporal from the main story line so that I can showcase funny events and characters that will appear in future comic issues.
In the upper left we have the Mendls, cousins of Alfred Feynman, Niel’s dad. The family tree is available to my Patreon supporters, so if you wish to support us financially you will get access to extra content and behind the scenes materials. They are costumed as the gods Odin and Kali, the original superheros so to speak and Alfred is just wearing a Halloween pumpkin sweater. You can also see uncle Aubrey Mendl giving Marie a chocolate muffin which shouldn’t be much of an issue since Marie is a cyborg corgi and is much tougher than a normal dog. Also can you guess as what famous dog she’s dressed as?
On the upper right I drew the O’Haras, their family will appear in the comic story where Niels goes back in time to visits the famous admiral Zheng He. But more on that once we manage to finish the current story line: Niels visits Isaac Newton.
Up on the stairs we have Niels costumed as the renowned physicist Richard Feynman, while Ingrid is costumed as a firefighter and on the last step is Darsha costumed as Mary Jackson, one of N.A.S.A.’s engineers that helped the Americans win the space race.
Bellow we have Evangeline and Erwin discussing Erwin’s costume choice. Now I had a lot of fun making this relationship dynamic and referencing G.R.R. Martin and Robert W. Chambers ‘ works. “The King in Yellow” is a cosmic horror figure featured in Lovecraft‘s and Martin’s works as well and since the action takes place in Cambridge U.K. the most scariest thing to adults is, and probably will continue to be, healthcare bills, hence Erwin’s outfit. Needles to say Eve’s parents who are English don’t find Erwin’s joke funny.
Evangeline is of course dressed as the breaker of chains, the mother and the most bad-ass female super hero since Artemis and Athena.
As for references to my own work you can see a small ad for a sale on Ernest the Blue Bunnymerchandise and a Y.A.N.A. online DLC pack. YANA, Long Feast and LDAD are there series of novels set in steam punk, futuristic and medieval worlds that I’m still working on. The drafts are done and I will polish and publish these books after I finish the Niels Feynman series. So expect a large shared, expansive universe with lots of adventures in the decades to come.

Ok so this week I’m reviewing the new tipping feature from Tapastic and conclusion is:
it’s AWESOME!
Bellow I’ve made a little visual tutorial to hopefully better explain to you how it works:
And bellow you can see the tips GamerCat‘s creator is making in Tapastic, I love GamerCat so I’m super happy to be supporting Samantha Whitten (the creator). All tips are public and you can’t tip yourself but you can tip others. The tipping feature is only available on the app version of Tapastic.
Hope I’ve answered your questions, but if you have more questions feel free to ask!
And thank you very much to all those who have tipped me, it is a great help to get these tips. Now I can finish all the projects I have faster and keep going with future projects as well.
Hi everyone! I’m playing games on #Rabadaba, if you’re not on RABADABA yet, you can join for free anytime. It’s a social media platform like Instagram and Twitter where you get payed for your activity and content. 🎨 🎮 🎤 🎂 📸 📹 🖌 🖍 📝
The event consists of a fanart mini contest. All entries get a reward and what is left will be given to the winners at the end of the event on January first 2017! What is awesome about Rabadaba is that we have have our own currency, the ***Rab*** who can be cashed out as real money or most often people use it for games or art requests.
Also #ThankYou to all my Rabadaba followers for all the donations, so far I saved 82k Rabs and I’m giving it all away!!! So you will get 1k Rabs for each fanart you make, of my characters and be sure to use the hashtag #HisameFanart so I can find it easily.
I will select 3 winners: 1 for Hisame world lore knowledge, 1 for popular vote and 1 personal pick! I will announce the winners starting January, I’ve pushed the date a bit because many people are busy these days but still want to take place in the event 😀
You can read their stories on Tapastic for inspiration. You can do illustrations, cosplay, crossover, inside jokes, there is no limit! Just keep it decent because the stories are for kids after all.
Hugz and I look forward to seeing all of your awesome drawings! If we get a lot of cool drawings I may even make a gallery! \(^o^)/

And thank you again Teepublic for sponsoring my event!

Hi everyone! You can read the story of how Ernest left Omnivore Metropola met Coraline and became sheriff of Vegan Village on Tapastic.
Ernest the Blue Bunny is my mascot and I got the inspiration for him from a toy I had as a child. He is a good willed little rabbit that enjoys life!
And as the sheriff of Vegan Village his job is to protect everyone and in this series you can find out how he became the bunny you know and love today.
We’ve reached page 24, thank you for following our story and stay tuned for the grand finale!
Only a couple of pages left until the series comes to an end we’ll embark on a new adventure.
I’m happy to announce that my booklet “Ernest and Coraline are touring the USA” (which is a collectible sticker book designed to help kids learn about the United States of America) is now available for purchase on the Lulu.com and will be available on Amazon 8 weeks from now.
Until then you can buy the book from Lulu which will also be cheaper than Amazon since Amazon will add it’s taxes as well.
