I’ve been posting on my social media accounts about all the awesome discounts the shops I’m in are making, but I thought I’d do a post here to gather them all up.

So as the month of May comes to an end here are some of the awesome things we did so far and we have plenty more planned for June!
I published my “How Ernest met Coraline” comic on Itch. You can download the .pdf from there. I’ve included some world lore and coloring pages for you.
Itch also has a donate button if you want to support my work. Any help is much appreciated. For more more substantial donations you can use Patreon to also claim rewards like merchandise and custom art.
This month we held our second #QuickDrawCollab live stream event and we will be doing another at the end of June. If you don’t know what the event is you can read here: QDC explained.
You can join our Facebook group: Hisame Artwork Event Center for schedule and application. Anyone can join as streaming artists long as they have internet and can draw. If you just want to be a spectator here is the live stream link, we will be taking requests from the audience like last times.
We also did our first #HisameBookWeek in our Facebook group. It was a week in which we did:
– Self publishing tips & tricks
– Writing and drawing tutorials
– Publisher reviews
– Promos for indies
– Fan recommendations
This time around we featured Britney Mizumi‘s comic and more comics will be featured in next events. Anyone can submit, just keep it family friendly and mark it as NSFW if it is adult.

I really like how the notification system works on YouTube. The way the video recommendation system works is in the favor of the creator much more than it is on Facebook, where I’m constantly reminded I have to give them money or no one will see my posts. At least Twitter is more discreet about this. I can follow my favorite content creators much better on YouTube than on other platforms.
And I’ve had many fans complain about how they can’t keep in touch with me on Facebook, Rabadaba, Instagram etc. , because so many platforms are really bad at maintain relationships between people. So I’ve decided to finally do a 5 to 10 minute vlog series to keep people up to date with my events, giveaways and project progress.

The goal is : to make a video game with Ernest the Blue Bunny
For this I have to raise enough money to make at least one of the two games I have planned for Ernest. Depending on your support we will decide together as a community what games you want. The money raised will go toward paying the programmer (and buy sound effects is necessary) as I will do all the graphics for this: sprites, GUI, background etc.
You can select what amount you want to pledge each month or just give one donation and the rewards differ depending on the amount. It’s my first time using Patreon so if there are any issues message me and we will fix it!

Hello followers-subscribers-minions !
So I’m summing up in this post the milestones and rewards that are going to come.
For those that are new, know that I give away merchandise and illustrations for my followers and or subscribers from my various social media channels as a thank you for their continued support. Thank you ! Your are awesome and your support means a lot to me!
In the past I’ve given T-shirts, books, stickers, badges, fridge magnets, paintings, digital illustrations , discount keys for the shop and so on. Use the hashtag #HisameOCL to find out what has been and what is current.
So at the moment I need to get to 100 subscribers on Youtube in order to get the better layout for my channel so I will be giving away something when that happens. Feel free to make suggestions for gifts. They will be awarded randomly so you have to be a current subscriber and respond when you win, otherwise , the prize will have to be given to someone else.
